Board of Directors
Cristina Leos
Co-Founder & CEO, MyHealthEd, Inc.
Cristina is a behavioral scientist leveraging technology innovation to help young people thrive. With degrees from Stanford University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she has spent a decade investigating lifestyle, behavioral, and technological interventions to improve health. Her research focuses on adolescent development, and identifying structural and interpersonal drivers of health inequities. She also applies her design thinking skills to train and inspire students, researchers, educators, activists, and public health professionals to design more effective and inclusive tools to support health and wellbeing.
Arturo Bañuelos
Senior Program Manager & Business Strategist, Hewlett Packard Enterprise
Arturo drives the change management strategies that promote the experience of the biggest HPE’s transformations to date, including HPE Next and HPE’s pivot to Everything-as-a-Service, to over 15,000 Sales and Customer Operations employees. Arturo also serves as the President of the Young Employee Network (YEN) Houston as part of HPE’s Employee Resource Groups. Arturo’s career spans over 15 years of program management and business strategy leadership in the IT industry. Arturo owns a local party-bus start-up in his home-town Guadalajara, Mexico, and resides in Houston, Texas with his wife Paulina, and his Shih Tzu Kofi
Danny Ceballos
Founder & Principal, Unleashed Consulting
Danny Ceballos is a leadership consultant, trainer, and executive coach. Danny works with CEOs, executive directors, management teams, and Boards of Directors to create workplace systems, processes, and best practices that are sustainable and triple bottom-line effective. For 18 years, Danny worked as a national consultant and trainer – and an affiliate Vice President – for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Danny was born in Bogota, Colombia, raised in Binghamton, New York, and now lives in Oakland, California.
Melissa Hung
Lead Counsel, Airbnb
Melissa Hung is a senior technology lawyer who has advised startups and Fortune 500 companies on bringing innovative products to market, with experience ranging from community-based online platforms to consumer health & wellness. Since beginning her legal career as a policy attorney at the DC Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Melissa continues to be an advocate for survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence. She is currently based in San Francisco, CA and serves as a volunteer mentor for UC Berkeley’s Women in Tech Law program.
Cal Sercu
Outreach Professional, San Jacinto Girl Scouts of America Branch
Cal is an outreach professional with the San Jacinto Girl Scouts of America branch, where she creates and implements a tailored contemporary curriculum to adolescent girls which serve the purpose of building an overall healthy socio-emotional wellness. Her background serving youth in a number of divergent capacities over the years has enabled her to bring a unique perspective to her approach. Cal is a native Houstonian whose hobbies include travel, cooking, and longboarding.
Leah Staub-DeLong
Product Marketer, Intuit
Leah is a product marketer at Intuit, where she leads a team helping entrepreneurs and small businesses in Mexico simplify their financial management. Prior to Intuit, she spent several years at venture philanthropy organization New Profit where she supported portfolio organizations on strategic projects, oversaw due diligence on new investments, and launched an early learning fund. She also worked as a health policy researcher at think tank Abt Associates. Leah is a firm believer in the value of service and has completed two AmeriCorps terms. Her first ongoing volunteer commitment was with a local teen help line in Seattle, and through this experience she saw the transformative power of connection for teens.
